• Recycling and donation coordination

• Scheduled and on-demand pickups

3. Service Requests

Scheduling

• Service requests can be made through our website or by phone

• We will confirm your pickup window within 24 hours

• Pickup windows are typically 2-hour ranges

Pricing

• Prices are based on the volume of items removed

• Final pricing is determined on-site by our team

• Payment is due upon completion of service

• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 24+ hours before scheduled pickup: No charge

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% service fee

• No-shows: Full service fee applies

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and location information

• Ensure items are accessible for removal (ground floor or elevator access)

• Disclose any hazardous or restricted materials

• Be present or have an authorized representative during pickup

• Clear pathways for safe removal of items

5. Restricted Items

We cannot accept:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paints, solvents, oils)

• Medical waste or biohazards

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Propane tanks and fuel containers

• Firearms and ammunition

• Items requiring special permits

Attempting to include restricted items may result in service refusal and additional fees.

6. Property Access and Liability

Access

By scheduling a pickup, you grant our team permission to access your property for the purpose of removing specified items.

Damage

We take care to prevent property damage. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage caused by items being moved (e.g., wall scratches from large furniture)

• Damage to items being removed

Report any concerns to our team immediately during the pickup.

7. Item Ownership

By requesting removal, you confirm that:

• You own the items or have authority to dispose of them

• Items do not contain personal belongings you wish to keep

• We may donate, recycle, or dispose of items at our discretion

We are not responsible for items removed in error. Please double-check before our team arrives.

8. Environmental Commitment

We commit to:

• Recycling at least 80% of collected materials when possible

• Donating usable items to local charities

• Using zero-emission electric vehicles

• Providing environmental impact reports upon request

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Darling Eco Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darling Eco Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

• Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Illinois law
