What items do you accept?
We accept most household and commercial items, including:

• Appliances: Refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves
• Electronics: TVs, computers, printers (e-waste recycling)
• Yard Waste: Branches, leaves, lawn clippings
• Construction Debris: Drywall, lumber, flooring
• General Junk: Boxes, bags, miscellaneous items
What items are restricted?
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept:
• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paints, solvents)
• Medical waste
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Propane tanks and fuel containers
• Tires (contact us for special arrangements)
How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is transparent and based on volume and labor.
All prices include labor, disposal, and fees.
What happens to my items?
We're committed to responsible disposal:
• Donation: Usable items go to local charities and thrift stores
• Recycling: Materials are sorted and sent to certified recycling facilities
• Upcycling: Some items are refurbished and given new life
• Landfill: Only as a last resort (less than 20% of items)
Customers may request a detailed report showing exactly where your items ended up.
How do I prepare for pickup?
To ensure a smooth pickup:
1. Have items in an accessible location (ground floor is ideal)
2. Clear pathways for our team
3. Disconnect and defrost appliances
4. Remove personal items from furniture
5. Gather all items in one area if possible
What is your cancellation policy?
• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation
• Less than 24 hours: 50% service fee
• No-show: Full service fee
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! Same-day pickups are available based on availability. Call us at (872) 314-3939 for immediate service requests. Additional rush fees may apply.
